Dear Ali,

it would be nice to have a physics manual, but unfortunately we don't have
the time to write it. The physics of FLUKA has been described in several
articles and contributions to conferences, that you can find on the FLUKA
website (click on Documentation/Publications).

The low-energy neutron cross section have been prepared with the NJOY code
(see http://users.ictp.it/~pub_off/lectures/lns005/Number_1/MacFarlane_2.pdf)

The source code is available since several years, under conditions stated
in the FLUKA User license (see on the webpage).

Kind regards,

Alberto Fasso`
