Non-reproducible Core Dumps

Dear FLUKA experts,

I have attached a sample input file for some slab calculations I am
doing. I am encountering some difficulties with the files producing a
core dump. However, I am unable to reproduce the core dump by running
the same file a second time. The errors that I am seeing are:

Dwarf Error: wrong version in compilation unit header (is 4, should be
2) in module ~/flukadpm2
Program terminated with signal 6, Aborted.

Do you see an obvious problem with my input file that would cause this
error or know of another factor that might cause these errors?

Thank you in advance for your help. I can provide a copy of the core
dump if you would like, but it is almost 500 MB in size.

John
