Graphene is not a compound: it is made of a single element (carbon).
Define a MATERIAL with atomic number 6, the appropriate density and
name GRAPHENE.
Then, if you are interested in neutron transport, issue a LOW-MAT
card as follows:
LOW-MAT GRAPHENE 6 -3 296 0.0 0.0 CARBON
