Dear Vahan,
You have to run the linux interface from a terminal. It will then ask you a couple
of questions like the filename etc. which you have to enter and it will then produce
a result file with the tracks that you can load in PipsiCad.
If you use Virtual Box you should make sure that the "executable attribute" is set.
