tuple index out of range

Dear FLUKA experts,

When I was using the geometry debugging function of Flair(FLUKA), the
process stopped with 'status: Errors found RC = 34816'.

The output window gave the message that 'IndexError: tuple index out of
range'.

Besides, when I used the 'show errors' function of 'geometry editor' in
flair, the following message was given in geometry errors box:
