We are sorry but this mailing list cannot deal with CORSIKA-related questions: to solve your problem, which is related to the way FLUKA is installed in CORSIKA and not to FLUKA itself ,you should directly contact the CORSIKA authors.

Dear Fluka users,

I have an issues with the Fluka installation on a SL6 machine with gcc version 4.4.6.
I need Fluka to work together with Corsika.
I set the environment variable, but when I try to install Corsika I get
this:

checking for fluka... /home/user/FLUKA
checking whether FLUKA can be used... no
-----------------
Corsika sees where Fluka is but can't use it?!?

The machine is a 64 bit.
I have tried both the 64 and 32 bit versions of Fluka using 'export FLUFOR=g77' for the 32 and 'export FLUFOR=gfortran' for the 64 bit version.

Is there something missing in the system?
