Total energy deposited by secondaries

Dear Fluka experts,
                I am trying to calculate the total energy deposited by
secondary electrons in a medium. I have used the USRBIN
card for the same. But it shows only the energy per cm3.
Please suggest me a way to find out the total energy
deposited by the secondaries (particle/radiations).
