Dear Yuan,
As Paola wrote to you about two weeks ago, 50 nm structures are probably too small for the physics models of the code. Let me quote: "the geometry you defined has layers as thin as 0.05 MICRONS. The models of the code cannot be used for such thin layers. A minimum size of about 1 micron should be kept to get meaningful results."

The attachment is the schematic diagram.The geometry is like this.The height of the triangle is 0.000005 centimeters.If I want to define this geometry,how should I do?
