Dear Lee,

I don't know if I can help you but let's try... Please follow the first option
in the instructions of Paola: from the $FLUPRO directory (you must link there,
don't move), issue the command with the complete path:

$FLUPRO/flutil/lfluka -m fluka

once you have defined FLUPRO.
In general it's not necessary to give the complete path, if now it works it
could mean that you have some problem with the definition of your PATH
enviromental variable (due to deeper problems... what is by the way the output
of echo $PATH? ) and then you have always to specify the complete path. If it
does not work then you could really have permission problems (not so probable,
but in that case check it...).

Hope it somehow helps,
all the best,
Anna
