Hi Artem,
 what I see (apart that I run it and can see the core) is that in the source.f you somehow mess up
energy and momentum (line 276-288) therefore your momentum (PMOFLK which you take from the BEAM
card with PBEAM) will not be coherent with the kinetic energy sampling that you are doing.

In addition you sampling routine have a case where
TKEFLK(NPFLKA) = 0
