Dear Renata,The easiest thing is to have multiple runs with the different beam parameters. I work on very similar problem and I have already used this method several times. In the menù RUN add the different runs related to the different beams (i.e. beam1, beam2, etc). After you have run them you can process all the files beam1001_fort.xx, beam1002_fort.xx, .... , beam2001_fort.xx, beam2002_fort.xx, .... , beam3001_fort.xx, beam3002_fort.xx, .... , togheter to obtain your final beamtot_xx.rnc file.

Ciao

Angelo
