[fluka-discuss]: Activation with a multi-energetic neutron source

Hello,

I'm trying to simulate the activation of a V51 target by a neutron source (AmBe). I have created a source with a file source.f and I've activated the decay mode with cooling time (so, it's using the bateman equations). Here we have:

N2(t)=N2(0)*exp(-lambda2*t)+N1(0)*[lambda1/(lambda2-labmda1)]*[exp(-lambda2*t)-exp(-lambda1*t)]

But, in my case, lambda1 is not a constant (since we have a energy spectrum for the neutron). So I wondering how fluka can calculate the activation (lambda1) with a multi-energetic neutron source.

Thank you,

Jonathan Derrien
