Dear user,
with a Windows machine you must go through FLUPIX, a Linux Live CD with
pre-installed FLUKA, Flair and all the necessary tools for performing fluka
runs. FLUPIX works through the free and open source virtual machine
VirtualBox.

and follow the instructions.
