Dear Fluka users

a respin, fluka2011.2b-5, has been just released. This respin fixes
a couple of rare crashes, includes some updated auxiliary tools (larger
dimensions etc) and above all extend the code expiration date to
well into 2015.

No physics or random number sequence change is expected
