Hi Dengjie,
I don't know how FLUKA is installed on your server but it seems that the
FLUKA installation is now corrupted and the 'nuclear.bin' is not what FLUKA
expects to be.
Please check you installation and the modification dates of your files. In
case reinstall FLUKA.
