Hi Metin,
 first you can have both USRBIN in the same input file and score the two
quantities independently.

I don't get exactly what you are trying to do. Anyway there's a mistake in
the PET input: you try to score the activity using WHAT(1)=11 which is not
allowed and will give you inconsistent results for 10<=WHAT(1)<=18 you can
score only quantities along a step, and ACTIVITY is one of the forbidden
ones (see the manual for more details). You probably should score it "at
point".
