Dear users,
I calculated double differential neutron yield in terms of neutron energy
from (40 MeV/n) 16O ions and (17.5 MeV/n) 238U ions on (5μm) carbon
target. In 16O ions on carbon target case there is a peak at 130 MeV
neutron energy. In 238U ions on carbon target this peak is observable but
much smaller than 16O ions on carbon target. Could you please explain me
what does this peak mean on these figures?
Attached files are inputs and my results.
I would be grateful if somebody can help me on this.
Thank you
Leila
