Hi Ahmed,
  the iso image is a complete system which can run in a virtual machine.
There's no point in opening it or trying to install it else than in a
virtual machine environment.

You should download and install this instead.
https://www.fluka.org/packages/fluka2011.2c-linuxAA.tar.gz
