Dear Arnaud,

Assuming that you use a customized routine and that one primary event
corresponds to one decay, then you indeed need to normalize only with the source
activity (your USTRACK results will then be in cm-2 GeV-1 sec-1). On the
other hand, if you would like to integrate your results over a certain time
interval, then you need to normalize with the integrated number of decays
within this time interval.

Cheers, Anton

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Conversion factor

Hello,

To simulate fluence for an alpha-beryllium source, when i score differentia=
l fluence with USRTRACK, i get the results in cm-2 GeV-1 primaries-1

Do i simply need to multiply the output results by the activity of the sour=
ce (in Bq) or is it more complex than this?
