Sorry to ask, but did you install the geoviewer part? Also the link you are making is for the libtk8.5 but the error is for the 8.6. Have you tried creating a link also for the 8.6 lib? Since the flair geoviwer is looking of the new version of TK.

http://libtcl8.5.so/>
but still the error message exists.
any advise please?
