Dear Sir

Recently I also faced the same problem while compiling source.f in flair.
I made the following changes in the 64 bit version

I added

    FLUFOR="gfortran"

    FLUARCH="64"

right before this line:

  # echo \$FLUARCH = $FLUARCH

in the futil/ffluka.sh script.

 And now its working well.
