Hi Hans,
actually the problem is related to the ambient dose scorings when filtered out on the photons (NOT neutrons as you wrote).
For these scorings you have only 1 bin and gnuplot shows an empty distribution in this case.
If you set more bins (as for your particle fluence scoring, where you set the number of bins to 60), you will have non empty distributions.

By the way, though you have 1 bin also for the neutron dose scorings, you had no problem
since for neutrons below 20 MeV the binning is anyhow determined by the neutron group structure.
