Fluka2011.2c.3, a respin of Fluka2011.2c, has been uploaded to the Fluka
web site and it is available for download. It corrects a couple of bugs
and it implements some protections against using some of the generators
well outside their intended energy range.
Because of the changes the random number sequence will likely change,
therefore, as usual, support will be provided for this respin only.
