Hi Vasilis,
I am using the latest version of flair 2.1-8 and I am running on Ubuntu 14.04.
It shows me no errors in my input files but just in case I attached it so you can check it.

Hi Roxana,
which version of flair you are using,
also which linux do you have?
The traceback is reported in a location when it was trying to open a window
to show the output files, since flair found a problem in the plotting geometry.
Either the region you tried to plot was empty or there is an error in the geometry.
However flair should have not crash there. My guess is that the window went
behind flair main window, and when you close flair it gave this error.

Hi Roxana,
there could be various reasons that the gplevh is not created.
1. Please verify that the gplevbin program is properly complied and running
It should be located in the $FLUPRO/flutil directory
If not, go to the $FLUPRO directory and type "make" to recompile all utilities
2. It could be that the gplevbin run and gave some error message, but is not visible
from your output. Can you look in the Output page of flair the various messages
See if something else is there
3. Maybe you run out of memory. Do you run in FLUPIX? Increase the memory you
gave to the virtual machine.

I've updated FLUKA and FLAIR and since then I can't replot any data from my old simulation. When I'm opening a input file and trying to replot with a new value for dose (normalization factor) I get this message:
