Dear Bo Yang,
It's not correct what you are trying to do.
Instead you can link more user routines in the same single executable.
It's sufficient to add them in the lfluka command. Then this is the only executable that can be given as argument of rfluka. More details in the manual.
Hope this can help.

Dear Fluka users

          Recently I modified the source.f to read the extenal files, and meanwile I want to get the phase file when partiles crossing the boundary so I modified the MGDRAW.f. Both user routines(source.f and MGDRAW.f)

     have been compiled and linked to generate the executables. Next when I tried to run fluka using the command 'nohup rfluka -e mgdraw -e source -N0 -M1 1.inp &',I found just the modified source file have been called,but

     the modified MGDRAW file have't. So anyone can tell me how to execute mutiple user routines during fluka run? Any help will be appreciated!

Best regards

Bo yang &nb! sp;
