Dear Fluka Experts,

I am trying to simulate the neutron spectra produced in an 7 Li(p,n) 7Be
reaction for proton energies of 4-6MeV. My target thickness is 74 micron
natural lithium. But the peaks of the neutron spectra , produced in the
interactions have appeared to shift in the lower sides in comparison to
the standard published values like TENDL etc. e.g for 4 , 4.5, 5 , and 6
MeV protons, neutron energy peaks appear at 1.5MeV, 1.9MeV, 2.3MeV and
3MeV only. I have used both USRTRACK(inside target) and USERBDX(from
target to void detector), but both give same result.

can anybody suggest about the probable reason of this shift in the
spectra?

Regards
Sandipan
