Dear Márcio,
the only difference is that the first package has been precompiled with
gfortran-6 and requires the user to use gfortran-6 (that happened to break
the compatibility wrt gfortran-5!) or later, while the second one has been
precompiled with gfortran-5 on purpose to assist users using older
gfortran versions (still >= gfortran-4.6)
