about fluence and current

Dear Fluka user,
Who can tell me the difference between Current and Fluence, when they are counted throught "USRBDX"? Are their units both "cm-2 Gev-2 sr-1 per incident primary unit weight"? How should the area of the detector be defined? Is it the boundary area between the two regions?
