In most of your input lines, the different fields are not aligned properly.

In each input line, each field has a length of 10. So, the first numerical
field should start in column 11, not 10; and similarly the following fields.
The last field ("SDUM") should start in col. 71 and not 70.
Note that also your geometry input seems misaligned (shifted 1 space to the
left)
