Request for an increase of the ICOMAX parameter

    Dear FLUKA team,

    I need to run a simulation involving nearly 200 different materials. It seems the current
    public released version can only deal with ~ 100 materials creation and it gives the message

    "INCREASE THE ICOMAX PARAMETER!!!"

    I assume this cannot be done at the user-level hence would like to request for a special build
    with increased ICOMAX size.
