    Hi Nicole

I think that association of cooling time and detector is not correct. The
indexing is separate for each type of detector, e.g. it would be index '1'
for your RESNUCLE detector (since you have only one detector of that type
    defined) and not '3', e.g.

    DCYSCORE 5.0 1.0 1.0 RESNUCLE
    RESNUCLE 1.0 -49.0 4.0 1000.0 BQDET

Also your indexing for USRBDX seems not correct: detector nFluenUD carries
    index '1', PHOTON1 is '2' etc.

I just ran a testcase with 10 times less particles and find some
non-zero numbers in PHOTON1 which is actually associated with cooling time
    4. Please let me know if this solves your problem.

    Regards
    Stefan
