    Dear FLUKA experts,

    after a migration from FLUKA 2005.6 to 2006.3 last week my jobs started
    to end with the messages in the err-file that look like this:

    --- flk001.err

       Ferevv: Umo2 < Urmin2 !! 5.15220182 7.03333163 17 1 1.11563
    0.93827231 F 0
       *** Photon: have you got the right mat. data set?
      Abort called from SGTTEP reason IETAB > MXTBGE Run stopped!

I am using 20 MeV production/transport cut for all particles and 
materials, and, in addition, my input contains a line:
DISCARD          3.0       4.0       7.0      23.0
