Dear Fanoos,
the information you are looking for is in the manual, in Chapter 13 of
the current version on the Web (it was in Chap. 12 on the Yellow
Report). The chapter, with the title "User routines", has a section
"SOURCE: user-written source", and a sub-section "Sampling from a
generic distribution". Have a look there, and write to me if you find
the explanation not sufficiently clear
