    You have to put the word "usrtrack" at the beginning of the second card too.
    Example :

    USRTRACK 1.0 8.0 -51.0 6.0 314.15927 30.0D1_N
    USRTRACK &

    Then it works OK, I tried with your file.
    "Obsolete codeword" refers to an error somewhere in the commands you
    put, something which is not properly understood by FLUKA.
