Respin of Fluka2006.3b

    Hi all

    a respin of Fluka2006.3b has been pushed to the web site just now.
    It fixes a couple of possible crashes, including those related to the
    use of quenching through mgdraw.

    Everybody is kindly invited to use the respin from now on. For all users
    who never experienced the problems which are fixed it should not make
    any difference. The support team is (as usual) trying to fix bug/crashes
    only if obtained with the latest released version.
