Dear Luigi and All, I scored the Dose Equivalent of photon and electron out of the 45keV electron beam exposed the 0.5cm Copper target. True, The plots of error show the number of back-scattered electron are more than photons. The question is here, as the plot of dose equivalents show the Dose EQ (uSv/primary) of Photon is almost E(7) larger that the back scattered electron while I was expecting in the opposite direction (Dose EQ of Electron> Dose EQ of Photon)? I need to Multiply a factor for Dose EQ of Electron or photon or my expectation (Dose EQ of Electron> Dose EQ of Photon) is not correct? The inp file and the plot of error and Dose EQ for scored photon and electron are attached Cheers, Masoomeh ________________________________________ From: Luigi Salvatore Esposito Sent: 02 March 2017 12:04 To: FLUKA discussion Cc: Masoomeh Yarmohammadi Satri Subject: Re: [fluka-discuss]: Minimium For sake of precision, also fluorescence x-rays contribute to the radiation field outside the target. However, after a quick check, the contribution is really tiny w.r.t. electrons.
