Dear Shahid,
USRYIELD is used for scoring not producing particles.
The BEAM card is used to produce particles. However it doesn't have an option
to limit the direction in angular intervals. You need to make a custom source.f
routine and activate the call using the SOURCE card.

Hello FLUKA expert
I am using USRYIELD for primary charged production. I want to produce Particles at same energy but on different angels. I want to produce it from 10-20, 20-30, 30-60 Degrees etc. I want to get my result in millirad. How can i select my minn and max angles, for example from 0-10?????
I am converting it to radiana like from 0-0.174. Any one can guide me??
