Dear Justin,
    the example generates scintillation light from liquid Argon at 128 nm
wavelength, i.e. at 9.6863 eV. In your plot the energy units are eV
(in USRBDX and in FLUKA in general GeV units are used for energy) and the
value seems correct: perhaps you can zoom to check the value or cross check
with the output file "scint2_55_tab.lis".
