Dear Valentin,

I understand that the relevant reaction is rather 18O(p,n)18F. This
evidently does not impy low energy neutron cross sections. Still, the
latter ones are needed in order to further transport neutrons inside your
H2O-18 target. For this purpose, your use of 16O cross sections (as you
correctly guessed) is a working trick, whose impact depends on what you
are looking at.

You can remove the O-18 atomic weight (17.99916), since FLUKA knows it.
