Hi Shri,
your projects/nesi00370 directory is not in your $PATH, where the system
searches for commands. Before adding it to your $PATH content or creating
a symbolic link e.g. in /usr/local/bin (see linux tutorials), try with the
full path:
$HOME/projects/nesi00370/flair
(assuming that projects is in your home dir and that the flair executable
is in nesi00370)
