I cannot reproduce your problem. This is what I did:
1) I have run your input as is and get

2) I have started Flair and entered input file (tutorial.inp) and
executable file into the corresponding entries on the page "Fluka Project
Information" which you get selecting "Fluka" in the left column
3) I went to "Process"-"Data" and processed all output file from which I
get

Correct, there is no *lis file for unit 50.
4) Then went to "Plot" and added a new USRBIN plot
5) Then select this Plot and I get the Window "USRBIN Plot". Here I picked
"File: tutorial_usrbin_50" -->Open
If this worked ok you get the Binning Info and also see the Detector name.
6) The I pressed "Plot" and got the color plot and the following files

Try also "Replot" in case "Plot" doesn't work.
