Dear Shi,

Muons can be scored with USRBIN like photons or neutrons. However, without the input file it is hard to judge why you don't see any muons. My guess is that you did not activate the relevant physics (see PHOTONUC card in the manual).

Cheers, Anton

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: How to score muon in FLUKA

Dear Experts,

I’m working on a design of a beam dump of a 10 GeV Electron Accelerator, and muon should have some contribution to the total dose, but it seems that muon can not be scored like photons or neutrons(I set a USRBIN Card scoring “muons”, but it gives nothing). So I’m here to ask how to score muon and the dose caused by muons in FLUKA?

Any help would be appreciated.

Best wishes.

Shy Shi
