Set the PYTHON variable before running the flair script

Thanks for your reply.
This is mostly the reason.
However, Our server is Centos6, I cannot uninstall python2.6.
Meanwhile, pip have to be install at environment of python2.7. That's why, I have installed the python2.7.
and I have linked the "python" commond to "python2.7".. still does not work.
I will try to install pydicom using python2.6, still have problems for now.
Another question, Is there any possiblility that I can change the setup of flair, so that it can recognize the new python version instead of look into the default python library?

Hi,
most probably you have 2 (or more) python versions and you install
the pydicom for one and not for what flair is using

Dear experts,
My flair cannot find pydicom.
When I click “Dicom” in flair, it tells me “pydicom library is not installed”
However I have installed pydicom. And set add the lib LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
Below are some information from my linux system
System: Centos 6
Flair version: 2.3-0
Python: 2.7.14
Pydicom:0.9.9
I have also tried "Pydicom1.0.2" and "dicom 0.9.9", both does not work.
Path for flair: /usr/local/flair
Path for python: /share/apps/python-install/
>pip list
Package Version
---------- -------
numpy 1.14.2
pip 10.0.0
pydicom 0.9.9
setuptools 39.0.1
wheel 0.31.0
