Dear Sarah,
As it was already stated FLUPIX is no longer supported, so the "recent" iso file that you are downloading is not so recent and has an obsolete FLUKA. You must install the current FLUKA yourself in Linux environment (stand alone or virtual machine), or there is also a Mac version.
