Thanks for the input. One observation: in your region-dependent USRBIN scoring you must also set What(4) (last region of the first region set) of the first card to TARGET, otherwise the scoring will return zero..
Otherwise, it works fine (technically). I suggest that you use Flair, at least for processing the outputs. Go to the "Run-Data" tab and press "Process". It will create you a binary file with the average energy deposition. This can be converted into ASCII by going to the "Run-Files" tab, go to "data", select the *.bnn file, right-click with the mouse and select "To asci"
