Dear Mahmoudreza,

.bashrc is a hidden file in your /home/<username>/ directory, you can edit with any text editor.

You can write any command in this file. These commands will be executed every time you open a new terminal.

In the pictures you used the FLUPRO=/pathto/fluka. "pathto" is just a place holder for the path to FLUKA's folder. In your case something like /usr/home/fluka

Dear Mahmoudreza,

it seems that your $FLUPRO variable is not set up correctly.

You can find the relevant information here: http://www.fluka.org/fluka.php?id=ins_run

Dear Mahmoudreza,

the error message means that you are not an administrator on the PC, or your username wasn't added to the sudoer list. You can execute the command as root, or ask you system administrator to do it.

Alternatively you can install FLUKA in your home directory.

Dear Horváth,<https://www.fluka.org/fluka.php?id%C5%B9c_info>
I have tried your second recommendation but unfortunatly the following error has occured. I don't know what it means. Would you please explain the concept of this report?

[mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza<mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza><mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza><mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza>> ~]$ cd /usr/local/flukagfor
[mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza<mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza><mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza><mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza>> flukagfor]$ sudo chmod -R a+rX *

We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:

#1) Respect the privacy of others.
  #2) Think before you type.
#3) With great power comes great responsibility.

mrakbari2012 is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported.
[mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza<mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza><mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza><mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza>> flukagfor]$ /usr/local/flukagfor/flutil/ldpmqmd
bash: /usr/local/flukagfor/flutil/ldpmqmd: Permission denied
Kind Regards,

Dear Dávid,
Words can not describe how thankful i am. I performed what you said, but unfortunatly the following error has occured:
[mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza<mailto:mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza> ~]$ su -
Password:
[root_at_mahmoudreza<mailto:root_at_mahmoudreza> ~]# cd /usr/local/flukagfor
[root_at_mahmoudreza<mailto:root_at_mahmoudreza> flukagfor]# sudo chmod -R a+rX *
[root_at_mahmoudreza<mailto:root_at_mahmoudreza> flukagfor]# /usr/local/flukagfor/flutil/ldpmqmd
/usr/local/flukagfor/flutil/ldpmqmd: line 2: /flutil/lfluka: No such file or directory
[root_at_mahmoudreza<mailto:root_at_mahmoudreza> flukagfor]#

I am the only administrator of this computer, because i installed this fluka version on fedora 24 on my personal computer. I can be as a root for installing programs, changing the time of the system, etc. I was wondering that the problem is relevant to process of the fluka installation. Since i did not define few environmental variables. I start my installation from cp /path/fluka2011.2-linuxAA.tar.gz ./ step in the /usr/fluka/flukagfor directory which had been created through the previous version of the fluka. I went to the /usr/fluka/flukagfor directory and continue the following command.
Attached files are the contents of my directories which i hope to help you finde the principle problem.
Best wishes,

Dear Dávid,
I followed the instruction but I can not understand these sentences and how to apply them in fedora 24?
Note: Such definition of the environment variables are lost when you log out. In order to make it
permanently available you should add the export/setenv command to your shell configuration file:
– If you work on bash add them to your .bashrc file;
please let me know the step by step procedures.
please see the attached files for detecting the problem?
Thanks a bunch in advance,
