Dear Nima,
there is no apparent mistake in your input file. I believe the spectrum you are obtaining is correct.
A slight remark is the area value you are using in the USRBDX. Not sure where the value comes from.
In principle, you should input the area of the contacting surface between boundary regions.
You can also omit it so that it is not used in the normalisation and if it is of interest renormalise in the post processing.
