Dear Nacira,
there shouldn't be any need to use the root account to run FLUKA in docker.
If you want to install a specific package, you need to follow the instructions written in the "Custom packages" section of the user guide at
https://flukadocker.github.io/F4D/

I install fluka for docker on Windows 7 and i don't know the "su" password (root user). is it the Password of FUID?
ps: i don't have any other pasword in My laptop
