Disclaimer, I am no expert but I do have some experience with fluka. Hopefully I'll be able to help you.
Go the fluka_xxxxx directory. There, you'll find the fnlC001.err, fnlC.out and fnlC.log files. In the .out and .err file, therror might appear at the beginning of the file. Otherwise, you can always check the .out file and see after which card the run stopped. Unfortunately I can't help more than that as I'm on my phone right now and but I should be able to look at the input file and help you more.
