Thank you very much for your advice. It helped. The example file works well, but my own input file gives funny results.

When I run it, FLAIR waits for attaching and then goes straight to Finished OK. When I try to process the data it gives me such message:

there are some changes you need to make to be able to run your input again.
1.)
The last released version Flupix has an outdated version of FLUKA installed, and it won't run. You need to update to the latest version, but as far as I know, it is not possible in Flupix. Since Flupix is discontinued, you have two main options to run FLUKA on Windows.
a.) If you want to keep using Virtualbox, you will need to install your Linux distribution (preferably Fedora) and FLUKA.
b.) You start using the container based FLUKA distribution. After you got your FLUKA installation working, You will  need to add a GLOBAL card with SDUM=OLDFLAIR to you input, to be able to use the old flair expressions (like: =18*MeV).
3.)
To get the correct results for activation simulations, you will need two PHYSICS cards as well. These settings was always required to get the correct results, but now FLUKA checks if they are in the input file or not.

Dear Fluka Experts,
I was running for year my simple experiments simulations with irradiation of stacked foils in cyclotron targets.
However, since more than a year I receive strange errors and time out messages. I use Virtual Box and Flupix.
Could you please verify my inp file but I think there are no  errors as it was running well before.
